• August 2011: My image CUBAN BROTHERS was selected to be in the Photographers 's Forum Magazine 31st Annual Spring Best of Photography Book.
• August 2011: My Portfolio "Miniature Moments in my Daily Life" was chosen to be in the PhotoPlace Gallery in Middlebury, Vermont for One Entire Year.
• August 2011: My image 'Harbour View' won Third Place with TeraBella Media in the category Reflections.
• August 2011: My image 'Time To Weigh In' was juried into the Exhibit 'Seeing Myself Seeing Others; The Art of the Portrait' by Juror Andy Bloxham at the PhotoPlace Gallery, VT.
• August 2011: 3 of my images were part of the Group Exhibit on Relationships in Issue #48 of F-STOP Magazine; "Grandpa", "Cinco" and "Sisters".
• July 2011: My image "Sign of the Times" won Honorable Mention in the Portraits and People Contest with the Worldwide Photography Gala Awards 2nd Edition. It will be featured in the Book Portraits and People 2011 2nd Edition.
• July 2011: My image "Raisin" was accepted into the Texas Photographic Society-Cell Phone Photography Contest II, juried by Dan Burkholder.
• June 2011: OPEN SHOW LOS ANGELES #7- I presented my new Series "Miniature Moments in my Daily Life" at the Focus Studio, Venice, CA.
• July 2011: My image "Fan Art" was juried into the exhibit 'Can You See Me Now:Photos Made on Phones' at Artspace Gallery in Oklahoma City, OK.
• June 2011: My image "The Birds" received Special Recognition in the Online Art Gallery Light Space & Time.
• June 2011: My image "Green Ribbon" is part of the Group Exhibit in F-Stop Magazine Issue #47.
• June 2011: My image "RAISIN" was juried into the Exhibit "Phone-o-graphic Arts" at the Darkroom Gallery in Essex Jct, VT.
• July 2011: My image "FAN ART" won Honorable Mention for BEST SHOTS 2011 by Worldwide Photography Gala Awards.
• July 2011: My image "Pledge Allegiance" was juried into the Exhibit AMERICA by D Clarke Evans at A Smith Gallery in Johnson City, TX.
• April 2011: My image "Steptoe at Dawn" won the Merit Award in the competition 'The Beauty Around Us' sponsored by The Worldwide Photography Gala Awards.
• March 2011: My image "Sundays on Corley Street" was juried into the Exhibit HOME by well known juror Julie Blackmon at the Vermont Photo Place Gallery.
• January 2011: My image FAN ART was selected by Juror Paula Tognarelli as the JUROR'S CHOICE for "The Arrangement" Exhibit at Vermont Photo Space Galley.
